Existing planners in Iran were either generic calendar products or direct imports of Western formats that ignored how Iranian professionals actually worked, thought about time, and set goals.
A monthly business planner designed from the ground up for Iranian professionals — combining strategic planning frameworks, visual thinking tools, and daily execution systems in a single, beautiful object.
APPROACH
Conducted user research with business owners and executives to understand their real planning rhythms. Then designed a planner that matched those rhythms — with original frameworks, custom page layouts, and premium production quality.

VISION
Every Page Has a Purpose
We designed every spread with a specific function — monthly strategic view, weekly execution layout, daily reflection prompts, and quarterly review pages. Nothing was filler.
The production quality matched the ambition: premium paper, durable binding, and a cover that felt worthy of sitting on a CEO's desk. The planner was designed to be used, not shelved.
IMPACT
A Product People Came Back For
Negarine Planner developed a loyal user base who requested updated editions each year. Businesses bought them in bulk as executive gifts. Schools used them for student leadership programs.
It proved that there was a deep hunger in Iran for premium, locally-designed productivity tools — and that design quality and functional intelligence weren't mutually exclusive.
