CHALLENGE
The Big Idea
Iran had business conferences, but nothing designed exclusively for the language and problems of CEOs. Most events mixed audiences, diluting the depth of conversation that senior leaders need.
A premium leadership event format designed exclusively for CEOs — combining keynote intelligence, peer-to-peer learning, and strategic frameworks that executives could apply immediately.
APPROACH
Curated an invitation-only experience for C-suite executives. Each session was built around a specific leadership challenge — not theory, but applied frameworks with real case studies from the room.
TECHNOLOGIES
Leadership isn't taught in classrooms. It's sharpened in the right rooms.

ORIGIN
CEOs Needed Their Own Room
Iran had business conferences, but nothing designed exclusively for the language and problems of CEOs. Most events mixed audiences, diluting the depth of conversation that senior leaders need.

VISION
A Different Kind of Room
Every session was structured as a "challenge roundtable" — one CEO presented a real problem, and the room worked through it together. The host facilitated; the participants taught each other.
This format created something rare: a room where CEOs felt safe to admit what they didn't know, ask the questions they couldn't ask their teams, and learn from people at exactly their level.
IMPACT
A Network That Kept Working
The connections formed at I Am a CEO generated partnerships, investments, and strategic alliances that lasted well beyond the event day.
Many attendees told me it was the most useful few hours they'd spent in years — not because of what they heard, but because of who they were in the room with.
